Submit this form to hold your place on the 2023 kid waitlist. Your place is secure when you submit the form and send a $50/kid deposit. We will send you e-transfer instructions when you submit the form. The deposit is refundable only if we are unable to supply you with the quantity or gender you requested.

If you’d prefer not to reserve a spot on the waitlist, you can contact us and we’ll let you know if there are kids available after the waitlist is fulfilled.
